The International Journal of Open Educational Resources (IJOER) is a bi-annual, open access, double-blind peer-reviewed academic publication sponsored by the American Public University System (APUS) and the Policy Studies Organization. IJOER also has the support of the International Council of Open and Distance Education’s (ICDE) OER Advocacy Committee (OERAC) which serves as a global advocate of OER that works to increase global recognition of OER; and to provide policy support for the uptake, use and reuse of OER.
